NB proposals/slots - 12.6K MPP , 7000DWT & 18500DWT StSt Oil Chemical Tankers

We are the contracted agent of the Chinese shipyards, under their instructions we can propose their NB proposals with available slots as below:-

1)  12600DWT MPP "OCTOPUS 12.6 fore accommodation" (HL500)
Ready new 1A ICE class design made by SDARI a few months ago (as enclosed).
Class: DNV
Main engine is MAN licence China; Main generator sets is MAN licence China; Main 250t deck cranes is McGregor.
Delivery time of the first vessel: the MAN engine could be delivered in Q1 of 2029, therefore the delivery time of first vessel is Q3/Q4 of year 2029
NB price: around USD33 mill. (include design cost)
Payment terms: 15/15/15/15/40% on delivery
Delivery location: Shandong, China
This shipyard is building the above vessel for their British and Cyprus owner, they are eager to receive orders for subsequent ships.

2) 7000DWT StSt Oil Chemical Tanker
Class: Rina
Ready design
Main engine is Japanese Daihatsu
Delivery time of the first vessel: 20 months after contract signed.
NB price: USD21 mill. (include design cost)
