Description of Marine Fuel oil and booster module
The plant consists of oil-supplying pump, circulating pump, heater, filter, viscosity meter and control box etc.(details see system principle diagram).It can realize the manual-automatic change-over.
Filtrate the heavy oil by primary filter, measured the oil flow, then pass through the oil supplying pump, oil-returning tube and circulating pump to the heater. After the oil is heated by steam, the viscosity of heavy oil is declined. Further filtrated by self-cleaning back-flushing filter, the oil viscosity is measured before flow into the main engine, then the steam adjustable valve will adjust the steam capacity in the heater to control the fuel oil`s viscosity.
